Finally, forgiveness is good for the soul. While we can certainly define the conditions that tend to reduce suffering, we struggle sometimes to understand the conditions under which people report deep satisfaction with life, finding serenity and tranquility that transcends body and mind.

Personally when someone has done me wronged, it will take several days before I make a remedy to them. It is not as easy to bury what they have done but analyzing the whole situation aid us realize that it is harder to lose someone who is very dear to you. Forgiveness is healing and a process of making things healthier. It is a way for people to learn all their faults and start anew.
